Esta charla-taller pretende transmitir la enorme importancia que tiene integrar una visión transpersonal en nuestro día a día, ya que esta perspectiva proporciona una experiencia completamente distinta de cómo vivir la vida y reaccionar ante los acontecimientos. El entrenamiento de la atención es una de las claves que permite llegar a tomar consciencia de la información almacenada en nuestro inconsciente, de donde brotan nuestras reacciones emocionales, muchas veces automáticas y/o descontroladas.
Conocer el papel preponderante del inconsciente en nuestra vida emocional es una clave fundamental para nuestro bienestar, así como conocer la importancia del lenguaje simbólico y arquetípico que, al final, se ocupa de colocar esta información a nuestro favor y no en contra. Muchas veces un pequeño detalle desencadena toda una secuencia de reacciones emocionales, no siempre deseadas. Cuando se consigue ordenar esta información inconsciente, nuestras reacciones emocionales, que son nuestro motor vital, pasan a ser adecuadas y eficientes.
Con el fin de abrir un espacio de aprendizaje práctico, haremos ejercicios con los arquetipos que representan las dos fases más importantes que preceden a la vida adulta. Primero, el niño interior, en cuya etapa el inconsciente recoge los datos básicos de lo de la gran escuela de vida que es la familia, que luego regirán la vida emocional inconsciente de la persona. A continuación, trabajaremos con el adolescente, que representa la gran etapa del abandono del nido familiar y entrada en el mundo, tan importante en cada etapa de cambio del adulto.
Cerraremos con una sesión de preguntas y respuestas, donde compartiremos las experiencias vividas y daremos respuesta a las dudas o inquietudes que quieran ser expresadas.

Marly Kuenerz
Marly Kuenerz, a clinical psychologist born in Rio de Janeiro, begins her studies at the Complutense University of Madrid. Her professional career is enriched by a Multiprofessional Course with Dr. José María Poveda at the Tres Cantos Psychiatric Hospital in Madrid, the Enneagram with Claudio Naranjo in Brazil and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) at the Proudfoot School in England, among others.
In the 80s, she introduced the Hoffman Intensive Process in Spain, promoted by the Quadrinity Center in the USA, training therapists in this specialty in Germany, Austria, France, Belgium and Spain.
In 1991, she created her own psychotherapeutic method, called "The Game of Attention", endorsed by a study carried out since 2015, by the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Murcia, whose results were presented at various conferences. This method has been shown to have a significant impact on reducing the neuroticism factor and on emotional control.
Additionally, she collaborates in several training courses in Palliative Care in Poland and Slovakia, and is also responsible for the closure of the Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Murcia for 5 years. She has taught courses in Psychology and Therapeutic Accompaniment in Norway, Brazil, and Spain.
In recent years, she has collaborated, teaching classes in the Master's Degrees in Entrepreneurship, Personal Development, and Relationships, with the team at the Institute of Positive Thinking, Madrid (IPP).
In 2017, she created a Master's Degree in Transpersonal Therapy Techniques, endorsed by the European University of the Atlantic, which she still teaches in person and online. Currently, she has founded the Marly Kuenerz Institute, where she focuses her training and therapeutic work.
For many years she participated, with her section “Huellas de lo Sagrado” in the radio program "La Voz de la Noche", hosted by Mariló López Garrido, where she disseminated knowledge of Transpersonal Psychology to listeners in Spain and Argentina.
She is the author of the books: "El Juego de la Atención", initially published in 1995 and reissued in 2025; In 2024, she wrote "The Quantum Unconscious", both published by Penguin Random House.
