These gatherings introduce the timeless path of Self-Inquiry (Ātma-Vichāra), the central teaching of Sri Ramana Maharshi. Through the exploration of the fundamental question —“Who am I?”— Swamiji invites participants to turn their attention inward, beyond thoughts, roles, and identities, toward the direct experience of the Self. The session aims to clarify the true meaning and practice of inquiry, revealing how this question—at once simple and profound—serves as a living gateway to inner silence, self-knowledge, and liberation.
Regarding the sessions, participants may choose to attend each one individually or register for the full weekend program, following the format and schedule outlined on our website.
Saturday’s gathering will conclude at 4:00 p.m., with a two-hour lunch break between the morning and afternoon sessions.
Note: On this occasion, Swami Atmananda Udasin’s teachings will be offered exclusively in person, with no option for online streaming.

Swami Atmananda Udasin
Swami Atmananda, originally from Belgium, has been living in India since 1997. He is the founder and head of Ajatananda Ashram, an interreligious ashram located in Rishikesh, on the banks of the sacred Ganges River, in the beautiful foothills of the Himalayas.
After studying comparative religion and undertaking a long spiritual search, Swamiji met his Master in India in 1990 — an encounter that profoundly transformed the course of his life. With his Master’s blessing, he embraced a solitary life for about ten years, devoted to inner silence and contemplation.
Since 2012, Swamiji has been sharing the Direct Path of Nonduality in the tradition of Advaita Vedānta, offering satsangs and retreats both in India and internationally.
