Miguel Riutort
Meditator and Social Worker, with a degree in Labor Relations. Expert in Mindfulness and the cultivation of Compassion.
From 1997 to December 2020, volunteer and coordinator of weekend volunteer activities at the San Juan de Dios Hostel (Madrid). He has made meditation known as a tool for empowerment and personal growth for homeless individuals and families who live temporarily in Reception Centers (Caritas, Albergue San Juan de Dios and Centro de Acogida Municipal de San Isidro – Madrid and Asociación Tardor, and Es Convent in Palma de Mallorca).
Founder of the Nomadic Meditators program.
Teacher at Espai Buit where he teaches meditation classes and the CCT Program and also in other institutions and associations, including the Complutense University of Madrid, the School of Epicurus and the Nirakara Research and Training Institute.
Jaume Tugores
Jaume Tugores, Professional Degree in Modern Music. Master in Composition and Arrangements from Berklee College of Musicians.
Musician by profession and guitar teacher (for 15 years).
In recent years, motivated by the search for a more therapeutic side of music, I have trained and learned different sounds and instruments such as the Didgeridoo and the Handpan among others.
Through participating with my music in retreats, meditations and sound journeys, I generate vibrations that induce calm, introspection and self-knowledge, with the intention of bringing Peace through sound.
